URGENT: Elder Care Provider

Hello, my mother is 90 years old and living in The Gardens of Haliburton in Haliburton Village. We expect her to be added to the Crisis Designation list for admittance to an LTC shortly. Ontario Health at home will assign a PSW to her for morning and night care - dressing, getting ready for breakfast etc and a shower twice weekly. She is mobile and can mostly look after herself but has advancing dementia and so needs help and cueing. We are looking for someone interested in providing an emergency backup service for when the assigned PSW is not able to make it that day. We are open to creative compensation arrangements to make this practical for someone willing to take this on. My mother is happy lady who soldiers ahead and acknowledges her failing mind.
