Unit Leader (Saltillo)

Responsibilities

Production line maintenance management with people in charge, meeting quality, productivity, cost and moral objectives.

Ensure compliance with corporate and government requirements and internal standards of the Saltillo Complex based on the management systems: Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental and Energy within its line in charge.

Administer the personnel, communicating shift‑by‑shift about conditions affecting production and controlling monitoring panels for the Shop Floor Management and Orange Room of the SPW System.

Provide follow‑up and control of line stoppage and machine fault conditions, working under pressure to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly results.

Act as a supervisor in a union environment, managing staff across three shifts.
