Responsibilities

• Conducting research and gathering relevant data to assist in risk assessment and decision-making.
• Follow and execute correctly all the policy and procedure changes of the underwriting SOP.
• Communicating with renters, property managers, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and clarify policy details.
