UKG Pro System Consultant - Apply for future consideration

Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities

Implement and integrate UKG Pro, specifically the payroll module

Lead client teams through the implementation via hands‑on, end‑to‑end, configuration and testing — requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, build, test, rollout and support

Create and maintain requirements documentation and project plan

Write functional specifications for customizations and manage the testing and acceptance of the delivered solutions

Create data mapping from source system(s) to UKG Pro

Validate data conversion

Manage multiple clients concurrently

Provides best practice solutions to clients through proven successful consulting ability

Presents material and facilitates working sessions for small to mid‑sized client teams
