This part-time position involves assisting the VP of Student Life while engaging with numerous campus groups, from the Thunderbird Athlete’s Council to UBC Sororities. You will organize events, conduct research, and contribute to student-focused projects, all aimed at fostering a supportive campus culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate planning for student government events
• Attend and contribute to relevant student meetings
• Facilitate collaborative events for student clubs
• Support content creation via photography and design
• Maintain project records and facilitate continuity
Requirements:
• Current UBC student or affiliate
• Prior experience in event planning preferred
