The Haskayne School of Business (HSB), University of Calgary, invites applications for two academic positions, appointed at the rank of Assistant Professor (tenure-track) or Associate Professor (with Tenure) in AI and business. We seek candidates whose research examines questions on how AI is shaping the human and strategic core of business. This position is not intended for technical specialists or those who use AI primarily as an analytic or computational tool. The ideal candidates investigate the organizational, behavioral, or strategic implications of AI, especially with the advent of generative AI. For example, how it influences decision‑making, strategy, innovation, markets, innovation, leadership, work, or culture. We will consider applicants in the following four academic areas: Marketing, Organizational Behavior & Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, or Strategy.
