TMX seeks a Senior Specialist in TSXV Listings to enhance corporate finance processes in Calgary. Utilize your finance skills in a hybrid role with significant independence.
In this position, you’ll take charge of reviewing diverse corporate finance transactions submitted by issuers. Under the guidance of the Managing Director, you'll engage with issuers and their advisors, ensuring compliance and delivering informed decisions. This role necessitates keen analytical insights to prepare memos and guidance while promoting a solution-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and approve issuer transaction applications
• Draft and send formal correspondence to issuers
• Ensure filing processes are timely and accurate
• Summarize submittals with detailed analysis
• Liaise with Compliance staff on relevant matters
Requirements:
• Degree in Business or relevant major
• Ideally 3–5 years in finance or securities
