Job Details

• Location: Bloomfield, NL A0C 1A0
• Salary: 27.00 hourly, 40 to 70 hours per week. Minimum wage is guaranteed.
• Terms of employment: Permanent, full time.

Responsibilities

• Professionalism in customer service
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
• Oversee vehicle condition and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
• Perform brake adjustments
• Perform emergency roadside repairs
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route and post‑trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle
• Tarp cargo and ensure its safety and security
