Reporting to the Director of Product Verification & Assurance, you will engage with cross-functional teams, ensuring that resolved issues are effectively integrated into workflows. A strong analytical background and experience with real-world data interpretation are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze escalated field issues and service reports
• Facilitate resolutions across Engineering and Quality teams
• Identify root causes and develop countermeasures
• Integrate field learnings into engineering standards
