The Company

Our client is a oversea real estate company. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a caliber to join their treasury team.

The Role

• Report to Financial Controller.
• Handle cash flow management for short term and long term, monthly analysis, quarterly forecast and annul budget.
• Keep updates cash flow positionings and handle internal funding transfer.
• Handle financial planning and analysis, KPI, and assist in preparing management reporting.
• Assist in corporate finance activities with investment team.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, or CPAA) is a plus.
