Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona PT license required to start assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including evaluation, development of functional treatment plans, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
