Requirements: L&D and postpartum experience, NRP, C-EFM, BLS
Preferred: Nursery/NICU experience, STABLE, PALS
Ratios: L&D 1–2:1, PP 3:1, GYN/Peds 3–4:1
Procedures: Versions, circumcisions, C-sections
Float: May float as helping hands, sitter, or virtual support
