Responsibilities- Support key activities around selecting, negotiating, contracting and training transportation companies for F2C, Replenishment (Intra WH and in MH Plant)
- Lead E2E transformation to leverage carrier expertise, capacity and synergies to fulfill business needs.
- Lead Transportation Automatization process, implementing systems and tools to get traceability.
- Develop tools and operational reports to support the decision making process in the transportation arena with the aim of balancing cost and service.
- Control the spend on freight to customer and replenishment cost, to maintain it below the budget.
- Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives with focus on cost savings, fleet capacity, RG adherence, carrier allocation, route determination, reverse logistics schemes, Track & Trace and Proof of Delivery processes, among othe...
