Become a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse with our West Bedford Transitional Health team. Play a vital role in patient care during transitions from hospital to home by delivering person-centered support.
In this Nursing position, you will perform health assessments, assist with care planning, and manage medication administration. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of nursing experience and demonstrate the ability to supervise Continuing Care Assistants effectively.
