As a key member of the Transaction Services team, you will ensure top-quality deliverables while managing project teams and mentoring staff. Conducting insightful analyses and developing robust reports will enable clients to make informed decisions. This role provides opportunities to forge relationships and drive growth within our Financial Advisory Services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial due diligence for clients
• Lead report preparation and presentation efforts
• Identify cash-flow enhancement actions post-acquisition
• Manage engagement teams for effective project execution
• Mentor junior staff for high performance
Requirements:
• Required CPA designation; CBV or CFA a plus
