As a Transaction Review Agent it’s a position focused on analyzing domestic and international transactions in real-time, identifying patterns, violations of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), money laundering, terrorist financing, and consumer fraud, ensuring compliance with the U.S. Patriot Act, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations at the state, federal, and international levels.
