Manufacturer of quality display cases and refrigeration systems is looking for**Training and Development Coordinator**Description:Designs, develops, and delivers talent management solutions to the Plant.This role will manage the Talent Management and Learning Processes to support all Manager and employee development needs as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of training and individual employee growth.Collaborate with Business Leaders and HR Representatives across the Plant to understand talent needs, business goals to build development strategies to ensure a strong future Talent Pipeline.Principal Responsibilities:- Responsible to develop, implement, and monitor training & development programs to ensure alignment of programs to business & employees needs.
