Position Summary
SINBON Electronics Mexico is seeking an experienced and proactive Training & Development Specialist to oversee the planning, coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of employee training and development programs across the organization.
This HR member will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining auditable records, developing annual training plans, and collaborating with multiple departments to identify training needs.
Overall, this role is expected to align the Mexico site's training practices with the Group's training policies and philosophy and develop local standards accordingly.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and experience working in manufacturing environments.
