Enhance dealer capabilities with Canadian Tire as a Program Consultant in Dealer Training and Development. This full-time role focuses on training delivery, coaching, and participant engagement.
You'll play a crucial role in the Dealer Training & Development team, ensuring new Dealers receive expert training. Responsibilities include developing training curriculum, coordinating phases of training, and analyzing performance data to identify improvement areas. Engage with Subject Matter Experts to stay ahead of industry trends and optimize the learning experience.
