This leadership position involves mentoring a high-performing team, enforcing technical standards, and fostering a quality-driven culture. The role will require regular collaboration with various offices in the Greater Toronto Area and occasional travel across Canada and the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and mentor a high-performing traffic design team
• Oversee technical standards and QA/QC processes
• Lead safety programs and Road Safety Audits
• Ensure compliance with municipal and provincial standards
• Support technical proposal development with the BD team
