We are looking for a Traffic Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across paid media, creative, and growth channels. This role is responsible for coordinating timelines, managing workflows, organizing creative files and ensuring projects move efficiently from briefing through to launch.

Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the Traffic Coordinator helps maintain clarity, organization, and momentum across all active projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day coordination of integrated marketing projects across paid media, creative, and growth
• Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain project trackers and workflow systems (e.g., Asana, Monday, etc.)
• Flag risks, delays, or gaps in timelines to the Head of Integrated Growth
