By mid-morning, you’re resolving a customer payment dispute, aligning with our banks and outside collection partners, and finalizing UCC renewals with NCS to safeguard MCG’s assets and Manitowoc’s position. In the afternoon, you’re coaching your team on a new collections workflow, troubleshooting a complex A/R exception with the Director, and updating the cash forecast to reflect known and potential delays.
