Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Summary:The Trade Compliance Analyst will be responsible for complying with the import/export operation in accordance with Government Trade Laws.This position is responsible for ensuring NIDEC MOEN KDM DRIVES-CT Apodaca facility is in full Compliance.Support the BU gatekeepers with his/her knowledge and to support day-to-day operations and responsibilities.Main Responsibilities: Provide support to the Company as it works towards achieving IMMEX, ANNEX *****, PROSEC, VAT-IEPS, AEO & CTPAT programs status, ensuring ongoing compliance across the business to enable the status to be maintainedEnsure compliance for all import/export transactions, validating the proper documents through Annex 24 system & Annex 30 bi-monthly declarationsEnsure data integrity of Annex 24 systemSupport about analysis and validation related to imports were classified as Change of Regime resulting from the payment of applicable dutiesGenerate reports for KPI's that demonstrate compliance with established re...
