Australian Venue Co is on the lookout for a versatile Tournant Chef to join our Gold Coast team. Our venues are some of the Coast’s favourites – from the award-winning Burleigh Town Hotel, to the lively Hope Island Tavern, and the iconic Wallaby Hotel. Each has its own unique personality, but they’re united by a passion for great food, vibrant service, and memorable experiences.
The Role
