HireArt is helping our client find a Torque Technician to support the configuration, installation, validation, and troubleshooting of torque-controlled tools and fastened joint systems across manufacturing and assembly operations. In this role, you’ll ensure fastening processes meet engineering specifications, torque-angle requirements, joint integrity standards, and quality control expectations. Your work will directly support product performance, functional safety, traceability, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and experienced in mechanical fastening within a manufacturing environment.
As a Torque Technician, you’ll:
- Maintain calibration and proper care of torque tools and fastening equipment.
- Perform in-process and final inspections of fastened joints, including residual torque checks and periodic tool inspections.
