Enhance HR functions as a Workday Analyst in Toronto, managing critical data processes. This full-time role offers an opportunity to drive improvements in HR operations and reporting.
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will handle daily Workday transactions and uphold data quality. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in HR systems roles, particularly with Workday. Strong Excel and communication skills are necessary to effectively manage tasks and collaborate with various HR stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily Workday business transactions and adjustments
• Perform standardized audits for HR data integrity
• Create alerts within HCM for proactive measures
• Collaborate with HR Reporting for necessary audits
• Manage employee lifecycle data processing in Workday
