About The teamThe Health, Safety, & Environment team in TikTok Shop are responsible for managing the health, safety, and environmental aspects of the operations. Ensuring risks are assessed and minimized accordingly, policies are implemented, and compliance is upheld to ensure a culture of safety and sustainability, especially within the warehouse and last-mile environments. Job Descriptions:
- Conduct daily facility and truck inspections, including 5S implementation.
- Lead facility and route safety assessments, including Safety Journey Management.
- Monitor safe operations and maintenance of the working environment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential electrical and fire hazards.
- Investigate, report, and follow up on all operations-related accidents and incidents.
- Deliver HSE training, including safety induction for daily workers and training on fire safety, first aid, and emergency evacuation drills.
