Thrift Store Supervisor

Job Description

The role supports the Store manager ensuring the efficient and effective reclamation, processing, and distribution of goods at the thrift store; providing excellent service to guests, fulfilling various sales and production roles within the store, and assists the manager by directing tasks and providing oversight, as assigned. Will be responsible for opening/ closing and daily reporting. In addition, the Supervisor authorizes payments and return merchandise, resolves problems and guest complaints as they arise, and assists in training and monitoring new staff.

Accountabilities

• Support Store Manager in directing operations of the Thrift store
• Ensure attractiveness of the store through “Tidy Maintenance”
• Monitor loss prevention program in compliance with the budget
