WHO YOU ARE!

As an ECCO Third Keyholder, you will be responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals by ensuring a world‑class shopping experience for our guests. You will assist the Store Manager in managing merchandise and inventory, maintain operational and administrative excellence, and provide training, coaching, and professional development for the ECCO store team. You will ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures, assign goals, and motivate employees to maximize their potential. You will also communicate relevant information to fellow managers and employees.
