Therapy Scheduler (Colombia)

The Therapy Scheduler serves as the primary liaison between patients, caregivers, and clinicians. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of therapy referrals, from initial screening and insurance verification to therapist assignment and ongoing authorization support. The candidate is a proactive communicator who ensures that patients receive timely care while maintaining meticulous records in KanTime, our electronic medical record system.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming referrals, verify insurance compatibility and service availability, and enter referrals into the KanTime system.
• Contact parents/caregivers within 24 hours to begin the intake process and maintain consistent follow-up communication.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance details, preferred service location, and household language.
