TFT Aquatics Programmer

JOB DESCRIPTION Position Summary Responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of all aquatic programs and services, as well as providing aquatic program instruction and program administration. Monitors and provides direction to all sessional aquatic staff, volunteers and course conductors. Responsible for the safe and effective delivery and supervision of participants during swimming lessons and other aquatic programs. Develop training for sessional staff in accordance to the pool regulations. Coordinate and plan rental contracts for outside user groups.
