OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director, Retail Store Operations, the Territory Manager is responsible for leading and managing a territory of company-controlled convenience stores, gasoline facilities, and select dealer outlets in a defined market in Eastern Ontario.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform regular store visits to monitor the implementation and execution of strategic plans, including marketing, merchandising and adherence to operational, ethical and safety standards to improve performance.
- Provide coaching and motivation with retail agents to drive site sales and profitability while ensuring alignment with established execution standards.
