Term Lecturer (Land Surveying and Geographic Information System)(O/ST-ENG/Term_L(LSGIS)/06/26)

Major Duties

: (a) To perform teaching duties, including of lectures, tutorials and supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; (b) To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; (c) To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; (d) To assist in validation and accreditation of programmes; (e) To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments / campus / departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars, workshops, ceremonies and exhibitions; (f) To coordinate the programme administration, marketing, and publicity of programmes; and (g) To organize various activities to strengthen the network with the industry stakeholders and academic institutions in the Geospatial Science and Land Surveying area.
