Join Strathmere Lodge as a Personal Support Worker and provide essential care to residents. This in-person, temporary position offers varied shifts during the summer season.
We are seeking five dedicated Personal Support Workers for casual positions at Strathmere Lodge, located in Strathroy, Ontario. From July 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026, you will assist the nursing team under registered supervision. Candidates should be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and must be ready for call-ins as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Work alongside RNs and RPNs in care delivery
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Build rapport with residents and team members
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
