Temporary Family School Liaison (35 hrs/week)

School District No. 59 (Peace River South) invites applications for the Temporary Family School Liaison position located in Dawson Creek, BC. The role requires a 35‑hour work week, Monday to Friday, and is effective immediately through June 26, 2026.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Work with families to foster relationships between school and home
• Facilitate collaboration with outside agencies
• Collaborate with the school team to recognize potential crisis situations
• Analyze situations and help develop strategies to address them

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work
• Clear Criminal Record Review
• Class 5 driver’s licence and access to own vehicle
