Temporary Educational Associate Role

Become an Educational Associate at Redvers School, providing essential support for students throughout the academic year. Engage in effective life skills instruction and supervision in a temporary role.
This role is set for September 2, 2026, until June 25, 2027, covering six hours each day. You will support students in their transition to social interactions while implementing behavior and safety plans as necessary. Collaboration with educators is key to delivering tailored academic programming.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lift and assist students weighing up to 60 pounds
• Provide student transport when needed using your vehicle
• Attend to medical and hygiene requirements for students
• Develop life skills programs in coordination with teachers
• Oversee small groups and intensive needs students
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent educational background
