Consultant, Valuation – Job Summary

The Consultant, Valuation works independently on valuations for a variety of complex assignments, applying solid knowledge of appraisal principles across multiple asset types.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to obtain and understand request and information needs.
• Prepare complex valuation reports, conducting independent research and collaborating with peers for thorough peer reviews.
• Contribute to the software databases to maintain high-quality inputs and ensure report integrity.
• Engage industry experts and communicate valuation questions to clients after report completion.
• Provide a positive team member experience and excellent client service.
• Meet monthly budget targets and demonstrate strong work ethic.
