Ideal candidates will have 5 years of adjudicative experience or relevant post-secondary education. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive conversations while working within a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adjudicate claims for workplace physical injuries
• Make timely decisions, adhering to Worker’s Compensation Act
• Gather and analyze information from multiple sources
• Communicate decisions with clarity to all stakeholders
• Arrange benefit payments and treatments for injured workers
