Overview

Riveron is looking for an Associate Director to join our Technology and Innovation practice. This client facing role will interact with key leadership (CFO, Controller, etc.) and will contribute to the areas of business development and sales, practice development, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of client engagements as the day-to-day point of contact for the client, guiding a team of consultants through the project lifecycle and ensuring high-quality projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Develop project and people management skills and deliver ongoing thought partnership by digging deep into client problems in real-time.
• Contribute to developing the practice as the team grows and the firm invests in your growth, with guidance from senior leaders including a dedicated performance advisor.
