ROLE OVERVIEW
As a building maintenance technician, you are at the heart of our operations in Nunavik. You ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of our facilities, directly contributing to an essential mission: connecting communities and providing vital services in the North.
THE ROLE IN DEPTH
- Inspect and ensure the good condition of buildings and facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs (walls, floors, heating systems, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend practical solutions.
- Monitor work progress and prepare maintenance reports.
- Contribute to optimizing preventive maintenance programs.
- Keep tools and inventory up to date.
