Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support our client's Success Programs, embedded within a high‑performing delivery team focused on AI solution enablement and field sales strategy. In this role, you will build the content infrastructure that allows field teams and customer success professionals to operate at scale – partnering directly with Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs), CSAMs, and Microsoft Product Groups to translate complex AI and cloud concepts into polished, reusable assets. This is a high‑visibility role at the intersection of technical excellence and scalable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer‑facing documentation supporting Microsoft AI solution adoption journeys across the full technical stack.
• Build a repeatable, modular library of content assets – playbooks, runbooks, technical guides, and SOPs – that CSAs and field teams can deploy at scale.
