Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Development:
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and design teams to gather information and develop detailed documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and API guides, in both English and Spanish.
  • Write, edit, and maintain user-friendly content that clearly communicates complex technical information.
• Content Strategy:
  • Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices for bilingual content, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing documentation and propose new content that addresses the needs of English and Spanish-speaking customers.
