How You’ll Make An Impact
- Provide first‑line support to customers using Network Manager.
- Manage and resolve incoming support requests from utility and power companies.
- Support planned and unplanned outage management processes.
- Assist customers with SCADA, EMS, and GMS systems in live production environments.
