Danfoss is looking for an experienced Technical Support & Application Manager based in Mexico.
Responsibilities
Management of the Technical Support & Application teams
Development of technical skills of the team members
To share lessons learned and technical knowledge transfer to the team members, leveraging the knowledge management of the team
Technical Support for complex requirements by the customers
To represent the Danfoss brand in terms of technical support to public, local institutions
To participate and connect within the Danfoss Technical Support & Application network
To guarantee that the complaint standard procedures are followed on a timely manner with high quality standards
Cooperation with suppliers, managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
