**Technical Support Administrator**
We are seeking a Technical Support Administrator to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Technical Support Administrator at Marsh, you will assist internal users with a wide range of technology products and services, ensuring seamless operations and high user satisfaction.
**We will count on you to**:
- Monitor, prioritize, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify, document, and resolve end-user issues related to hardware, software, and access permissions.
- Provision user accounts, security roles, and access groups in accordance with company policies.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of business needs.
