The Technical Specialist is responsible for ensuring the standardization and communication of all Plasman technical aspects amongst the design team, engineering team & related manufacturing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead research, creation, and development of manufacturing & design best practices.
- Be the champion for design lessons learned ensuring read across over all Plasman OEM platforms.
- Consolidation of lessons learned and manufacturing BPs into core commodity best practices.
- Resource for advanced design & engineering troubleshooting by way of design surrogate management.
- Plasman system management for the design group, ensuring compliance with all Plasman accreditations working with the Design Manager.
