Cobalt is hiring a Technical Services Manager for Hard Services to lead operations at a flagship commercial asset in Central London. This position centers on technical management and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of hard services contractors, ensuring MEP compliance and operational efficiency within a premium property. Your role also includes leading energy audits, supporting ESG initiatives, and managing stakeholder communication across the estate. Experience in laboratory environments and a strong understanding of health and safety are critical.
