Overview
The Technical Sales Support – Electrical role is a customer‑facing position at the rental counter in Edmonton, AB. The role supports sales transactions and purchasing activities, assists with equipment service coordination, and serves as a key technical liaison between customers and the shop. It also performs a variety of administrative tasks that support day‑to‑day rental operations and overall business performance. Responsibilities
Promote visits to the branch by outbound calls and by engaging with customers during walk‑in traffic and inquiries for new, used, and rental equipment sales. Provide product information, technical support on applications of products, rentals, and quotes, and work to close sales.
