Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact, mid-level Bilingual Engineering Recruiter (French/English) to support our Aerospace & Defence portfolio. In this role you will partner with technical leaders and hiring managers to attract and hire top engineering talent across critical programs, including aeronautics, defence systems, avionics, and advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for aerospace and defence engineering roles (systems, avionics, mechanical, software, embedded, and manufacturing).
