Technical Quote Specialist I

Job Summary

Responsible for preparing accurate RFQ packages by analyzing customer requirements, technical documentation, and structured BOMs. Acts as a liaison between sales, engineering, and materials to ensure timely, accurate quoting that supports business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer RFQs, drawings, and specifications to develop BOMs for quoting
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production to obtain cost data
• Clarify technical and documentation requirements during the quoting process
• Track quote status and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quoting, technical sales support, or document configuration
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and EMS manufacturing processes
• Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and organizational skills
